I had to send something back, and it was way simpler than I thought it would be. I reached out to support about it, they got back to me quickly, and the refund came through without any drama. That whole part was just smoother than expected, so yeah, 5 stars from me.

The billing wasn’t very clear from my point of view. I ended up being charged more than I expected, and maybe I’m just picky about this stuff, but I really like knowing exactly what I’m paying for upfront.

For what I paid, I’m happy with it. Nothing fancy or anything, but it does the job and feels worth it to me.

The toys feel good and seem well made. I haven’t had any issues so far, and I’d say the quality is definitely there.

I’m happy with it and would probably order again.

I ordered from packagepets.com and everything did show up, so that part was fine. But the box was in rough shape when it arrived, with one corner crushed and the tape looking like it was barely hanging on.

Nothing was completely ruined, thankfully, but a couple of the items had dents and there really wasn’t enough packing paper inside. It kind of felt like the order was packed in a hurry instead of with much care.

I’m not expecting anything fancy, just basic sturdy packaging so pet supplies don’t get banged up in transit. Shipping itself was okay, but they really need to put a little more thought into how they pack things.

I followed the size chart and it matched my dog almost perfectly, snug enough without being tight, and not loose or baggy either. Any sizing issues feel avoidable if you actually check the chart. Really happy with it and I’d order again.
